Hello, day 3 our walk took us from Mutton Bird Island Beach to Shelley Beach (13km once again). There was slight drizzle in the morning but the weather improved in the afternoon. Today's walk involved a beach crossing for the first time (about 6km). We entered the West Cape Howe National Park and had views of the southernmost point of WA, Torbay Head. More snakes sighted this time as well as kanagaroos, and of course great views. As a bonus (and surprise) we were treated to scones with cream and jam for morning tea.
